Located in Charlotte, North Carolina this craftsman house is absolutely charming. It was designed by Pike Properties and it has a lot of cool features. From the outside, the house looks cute and inviting, with a nice retro vibe and two wing walls at opposing end that give it plenty of character. A beautiful porch marks the entrance, with the area adjacent to it serving as a garage. The garage doors are made of cedar wood and they complement the brickwork surrounding them quite nicely. Inside, the house is surprisingly bright and airy and has a chic and modern vibe.

The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. The vast majority of rooms have white walls and white oak floors, a combination that helps them look and feel inviting while also creating a bright and spacious appearance. At the same time, the spaces feature pops of color in various different forms. The kitchen for example has a navy blue backsplash which stands out in a very elegant manner. There are also metallic gold or brass accents spread throughout the spaces, adding a chic and glamorous twist to the decor. Everything about this house is charming and we love it to bits. It’s simple and modern but not in a cold and minimalistic manner but rather in a cozy way. It reminds us a bit of Scandinavian designs.
