Modern Home Interior Design Full of Stylish Custom Details
Of all the terms that could be used to describe this private home from Ukraine, “inspiring” would be the most suiting one. This is indeed a project filled with lots of interesting elements, each of which could serve as an individual source of inspiration. It’s however the way in which all these details are combined and put together that really stands out. The space was designed by the Bogdanova Bureau team. They worked with a lot of different design strategies in order to turn this into an exquisite modern home.
The interior is organized into a series of volumes, each serving a specific purpose and each decorated in a unique way. Sculptural wall art, custom furniture and carefully-selected materials, finishes and colors add character to each of the rooms. The living room is central social hub and features a large Collar sofa in grey with burgundy accent pillows that match the area rug. No little space is wasted and there are plenty of corner decorations and accent pieces that ultimately turn this entire space into a home. For example, A cute Eames Elephant chair suggests this is indeed a cozy family home.
The Atollo and ODA table lamps create a very soothing ambiance in the bedroom with their delicate and refined designs. Additionally, a large leaning mirror reflects the ambient light and all the gorgeous decor details of the room, emphasizing their beauty even more. The master bathroom is not any less exquisite either, featuring a both simple and sophisticated design with marble and wooden accents, two contrasting materials that complement each other beautifully.
A comfortable sitting nook underneath the stairs makes the transition between the floors feel very natural and also connects the private and public spaces in a cool way. Upstairs we have a stylish example of a teen bedroom with a clever setup asa well as a spacious master suite decorated with lots of elegant accent pieces such as a classic MAD chair placed in one of the corners. It’s also important to mention the lighting which is one of the elements that really bring the decor together.
